Double frequency range signal processing transmitters for one or two ICP-accelerometers

The VibLoop / VibLoopDuplex vibration transmitters serve to interface ICP® accelerometers with PLC, DCS, SCADA and alarm systems. With using of this units the implementation of a rotating machinery vibration monitoring can made by utilizing existing plant process control and monitoring equipment on very low cost.

The VibLoop / VibLoopDuplex transmitters are made in versions with 1 or 2 channels, provide excitation power and accept input signals from ICP® accelerometers with 100mV/g sensitivity at each channel. (ICP is a registered trademark of PCB: piezoelectric sensor with integrated charge amplifier)..

The VibLoop / VibLoopDuplex units convert any accelerometer’s signal into one 4-20 mA current signal that is proportional to total level vibration (RMS-velocity in the frequency range 10...3200 Hz /ISO 10816-3/ as characteristic value for the machine-condition) and into one other 4...20 mA current signal that is proportional to the high frequency RMS-acceleration (frequency range 2...10 kHz as characteristic value for roller bearing-condition). On this way VibLoopDuplex generates four outputs as 4...20 mA current signals.
